Did you know that there is an ongoing Adult Faith Formation program at Incarnation Parish?
It’s part of Generations of Faith (“GOF”), our all-ages faith formation program. Every other month there is a GOF Learning Event which includes a lively breakout group for adults interested in exploring more about their faith. This program is open to all adults at Incarnation and Most Blessed Sacrament parishes. We offer the program on two evenings during the GOF event, so you can attend whichever night you are free! Our first event of the year will be on October 8 and 9 from 7-8pm. This year our sessions will explore the theme “We are Called to Love.”
Email Ann Lahiff at annlahiff7@aol.com for more information, or to RSVP for the event.
Additional opportunities for adult faith education and sharing are coming up!
On October 20 at 7:00pm we will welcome author Steven Rogers, who will discuss his book (and our Book Club selection) A Year In the Room. This is a sequel to his book Into the Room, which we read and discussed with Steve a few years ago. Both books are available on Amazon and, as in the past, the parish has some copies of A Year in the Room available for purchase here as well! Please note – you don’t have to have read Into the Room to read the sequel.
In November we plan a night to talk about the very popular TV series, The Chosen.
Then in December we will have another GOF Learning Event.
Stay tuned to the bulletin and website for these and other opportunities to learn about and enrich your faith!
