Our next Community Meal Prep event is coming up on Wednesday, September 16 from 5:30-8:30 pm (not the 17th as in a previous bulletin) We will be making about 100 meals for the Melrose Community Freezer. There are two ways to help.
1. You can sign up to be a volunteer chef at the event. Adults are welcome to volunteer, as well as children aged 13-17 if they come with an adult. Here is the link to sign up (put your name in the “cart”).
2. You can donate toward the purchase of food and other costs for the event. To donate, visit our website, click the “GIVE” button in the menu at the top of this page, and direct your donation to the fund entitled “Fund Raising Activities”.
We hosted two of these events last year and they were a great success! Plan to be part of this great event.
