A New Ministry for Our Collaborative

Introducing a new ministry for Incarnation and Most Blessed Sacrament called EWTN Media Missionaries, a volunteer group to help spread the word of God. EWTN (the Eternal Word Television Network) began in 1981 when Mother Angelica stepped out in faith and transformed the garage of her Poor Clare monastery in Birmingham, Alabama into a TV studio. Since that humble beginning, EWTN, the world’s largest religious media network, has gone global with the message of the The Good News. Mother Angelica’s mission has always been to teach others that “Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life” using every form of media possible.

Media outreach began with EWTN television and radio networks in English and Spanish, and now includes the internet, social media, EWTN Publishing, and EWTN News services in multiple languages. There are three ways you, any of you, including young people, can become an EWTN Media Missionary:
• The first option is Personal Prayer
• The second is: Parish Involvement
• The third is Public Outreach

You will find resources to learn and share about EWTN at the resource table in the church.  As we implement this ministry, we will learn together which resources best fit our parish needs.
